Info & FAQ

  • All registration is completed online at edgewayjgt.com/register

  • Each tournament has a two-week registration window. When registration previously allowed players to select all tournaments upfront, cancellations often went unreported — leaving tee times unused and wasting the resources our host golf courses generously donate. The registration window helps ensure every tee time is put to good use.

  • Your confirmation code is saved in the portal. Log in, select "View" next to the player's name, and you'll see the code there — it looks something like EJGT-A1B2C3.

  • This is typically caused by the magic link being opened in a different browser or on a different device than where you started. A few things to try:

    - Check your spam folder if the email hasn't arrived within 2 minutes — and note that the link expires after 1 hour.

    - Open the link on the same device and in the same browser you used originally.

    - If you're using Safari, try switching to Chrome or Firefox.

    - Make sure you're not browsing in private or incognito mode

  • Our host golf courses generously donate their tee times, staff effort, and resources to support EJGT, and we're grateful for their partnership. Late cancellations and no-shows leave those tee times unfilled, which impacts the courses that make our events possible. Your commitment to showing up makes a real difference.

Players may cancel at no charge any time before the registration window closes. A $25 late cancellation or no-show fee may be assessed at EJGT's discretion for cancellations made after the window closes or for not attending. Any outstanding fee must be settled before a player may participate in their next EJGT event.

  • Tee times will be emailed to registered players and parents 1–2 days before each tournament.

  • The number of holes is based on age division. Click here to view the breakdown

  • EJGT events are played under USGA rules with the following additions and modifications:

    - Ball rolling: Players may move their ball one unfolded scorecard length, no closer to the hole — except in hazards.

    - Double par pickup: If you reach double par, pick up your ball and move on. Record double par for that hole.

    - Pin in or out: Player's choice.

    - Scorecard swap: Players ages 14 and older should swap scorecards with another player in their group.

    - Score submission: Total your score, sign your scorecard, and turn it in at the scoreboard.

    - Tiebreakers: Ties are resolved by scorecard playoff, beginning with the #1 handicap hole.

    - Local rules: Always observe any specific rules or guidelines set by the host course.

  • Due to the volume of golfers and the way pairings are organized by age and experience level, we’re not able to accommodate special tee time requests. We truly appreciate your understanding.

  • Transportation is not provided. Players are responsible for their own travel to and from events.

  • Spectators are welcome and encouraged! You may walk the course or contact the course directly to ask about cart rental availability. To ensure a great experience for all players, please:

    - Stay off fairways, tees, and greens.

    - Remain at least 25 yards from players.

    - Refrain from offering advice or commentary during play.

  • The points system was introduced in direct response to junior golfers asking for more competitive playing opportunities. EJGT operates independently and does not follow a school sports season calendar, so players are encouraged to participate in whatever events work best for their schedule.
